Orders are carefully packed and shipped from California.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

All shipments include tracking and insurance. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value purchases.

U.S. shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15, $25, or $45, depending on the size and weight of the item. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and the original packaging so we can assist with the shipping insurance claim.
