This French copper daubiere has been professionally re-tinned and is ready for immediate kitchen use. Heavy-gauge culinary copper selected for real cooking performance and excellent heat retention.

Constructed using traditional crimped seam construction typical of 19th-century French workshop copper, and fitted with riveted handles. The classic deep oval form is ideal for braises, stews, and slow oven cooking.

A true working piece of French kitchen copper — made to be used and enjoyed.

Condition: Professionally re-tinned, interior clean and fully usable. Note: the lid fits tightly. Exterior shows age-appropriate wear and patina.
