Antique French Chinois Perforated Copper Food Mill, Conical Puree Strainer

Antique perforated chinois metal food strainer with a conical body, long handle, and circular rim. A striking piece of vintage kitchenware with a worn, aged surface. Early to mid-20th century, stamped "1643". It's a wonderful strainer for setting the rim over a bowl or pot, pour cooked food into the cone, then pressing it through the perforations to strain out skins, seeds, or lumps. The handle holds it steady.

Condition: Good antique condition, with an aged patina and signs of long, well-loved use.
